  • When you begin therapy, I will complete a wholistic assessment and partner with you to create a unique treatment plan to help address your specific mental health needs.  Your therapy will occur through an online secure Telehealth platform. At this time, I am licensed to provide mental health counseling to individuals who reside in Washington state.

Consultations

  • I am available to provide consultations for individuals and organizations looking to improve mental health awareness and/or mental health services within their organizations.  I have designations as a Child Mental Health Specialist and Ethnic Minority Health Specialist- African American and offer consultation in those areas.  In addition, As a Black feminist clinician and researcher with a myriad of experience in community mental health, higher education, child protection Services, and community based services, I am an expert in the intersections of mental health and equity and social justice.

Trainings

  • I am available to create and provide trainings for communities, organizations, and groups to better recognize, understand and cope with anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, and other mental health topics.

    I’ve worked with schools + colleges, churches, social & community organizations, companies / businesses, facilitated conversations with upper management and their team’s about diversity, equity, it’s impacts and the best way to navigate that within their space.

Renewed Essence does not accept insurance and is only accepting private pay at this time. Limited Sliding Scale Fees available for Individual therapy and training packages.
